After taking over by Kenton Fine, a veteran in Global Services, Getronics develops ambitious goals

Strategic investor GSH Private Capital, led by Kenton Fine, takes over Dutch-based IT services company Getronics as part of a transaction with a volume of EUR 200 million, thereby securing thousands of jobs in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region and in Latin America*.

Established in 1887, Getronics is one of the oldest technology service providers in Europe, offering a full range of ICT services for many global brands and organizations.

GSH, which previously operated as a minority shareholder, takes control of Getronics and brings in energy, commitment and long-term investments after a difficult transition phase.

The company, which has annual sales of around EUR 300 million, employs 4,000 people who serve over 2,000 customers worldwide. In addition, Getronics leads the GWA (Global Workplace Alliance). This alliance, which is made up of eleven important strategic partners, provides services together in more than 180 countries and is therefore a central contact point that offers consistent transparency and responsibility for the services it provides.

Kenton Fine will head the group as Executive Chairman. He commented as follows: “We are proud to keep this traditional company. Thousands of colleagues expect consistency and continuity from the new management team. “

Fine has built Servest over a period of 25 years. The new names on the management team include Mike Field, CFO, who was previously CFO at RMBCIB, and Andre Ribbens, who holds the position of Group Transformation Director. In collaboration with the current COO Rogier Bronsgeest and CTO Harsha Gowda, they will direct the company and implement robust processes, tight corporate governance and operational stability.
