Rome, August 1. (askanews) – A 27-year-old man from Reggio Calabria, who has been convicted of crimes against the person, was arrested following an interim custody order because he was held responsible for sexual violence against a 15-year-old minor.
The investigations into the case were carried out by the “Crimes against the person, to the detriment of minors and sex” section of the Mobile Team. The investigations were coordinated by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Reggio Calabria, directed by Giovanni Bombardieri. The investigations were followed by the vicar prosecutor Gerardo Dominijanni and the deputy Nicola De Caria.
Fundamental to the reconstruction of the story – it is explained in a note – was also the protected hearing of the minor who led to the acquisition of factual elements promptly found by investigators. The investigating judge, in accepting the request made by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, ordered yesterday the precautionary measure of maximum rigor against the suspect. The man, tracked down in the late afternoon yesterday, after the formalities at the police headquarters was taken to the Arghillà District House at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
