Bitter day for Nico Hülkenberg.
The German cannot take part in the British Grand Prix. The reason for this is a defect in the car.
“I can not say it exactly. The power unit on the engine could not be got. That is all I know. Nothing worked right from the start when we wanted to start the engine,” said Hülkenberg in an interview with RTL consternated.
Immediately when the car didn’t start, the mechanics tried everything to get the car running. The underbody was even dismantled, but the fault could no longer be found in time.
Hülkenberg steps in this and presumably the next weekend for Sergio Perez, who has COVID-19.
