St. Louis (USA), Aug 1 (EFE) .- The St. Louis Cardinals confirmed that they have a player and three staff members who tested positive for the coronavirus.
Four other members of the organization have inconclusive results, team president John Mozeliak said Saturday night in a video conference with journalists.
He added, “We are confident, by the time we get to Detroit on Monday, that we will be in control of this,” Mozeliak said.
He said that none of those who tested positive showed symptoms and that two returned to St. Louis from Milwaukee by car, while the other two will return soon.
Inconclusive evidence includes a player and three staff members.
