Rome, August 1. (askanews) – He entered a minimarket in via San Giovanni in Laterano and, after approaching the owner, hit him with punches in the neck, face and neck. Then, after breaking the glass of the refrigerator, he took a bottle of beer, broke it and with the crock in his hands he still threatened the victim. When the patrol of the Celio police station, directed by Maria Sironi, intervened on the spot, some passers-by showed them the escape route of the criminal. Tracked down shortly after, the cops managed to stop him. With no small difficulty, the foreigner, identified for EDS, a 38-year-old Maghrebi who tried to free himself, was blocked and accompanied to the police offices.
