For those who benefited from extraordinary state aid during the coronavirus emergency (the 600 euros in March and April, so to speak), the Relaunch decree provided for an extra bonus of 1000 euros for the month of May. If some citizens receive the extension automatically, others will have to request it (such as freelancers and participants in associated studies / simple company, coordinated and continuous collaborators and seasonal workers of tourism and spas, who have not benefited from the bonuses for the months March and April).

The application can be submitted online on the INPS website, under the heading “Covid Indemnity-19 self-employed, parasubordinated and subordinate workers”.
Here is who is entitled to the bonus:
- freelancers with VAT numbers who have undergone a proven reduction of at least 33 percent of the income for the second two months of 2020, compared to the income for the second two months of 2019;
- workers with coordinated and continuous collaboration relationships who have terminated their employment relationship by the date of entry into force of the decree;
seasonal workers in the tourism sector and spas, including temporary workers, who involuntarily ended their employment in the period between 1 January 2019 and 17 March 2020, and are not holders of pensions, employee employment relationship o NASPI;
workers enrolled in the pension fund Workers of the show will instead have 600 euros for May, in the event that they have at least 7 daily contributions paid in the year 2019 to the same Fund, that is they have worked for at least a week, which derives an income not exceeding 35,000 euros, and non-pensioners
seasonal employees belonging to sectors other than those of tourism and spas that involuntarily ended their employment in the period between 1 January 2019 and 31 January 2020 and carried out their work for at least 30 days in the same period;
intermittent workers who worked for at least 30 days in the period between 1 January 2019 and 31 January 2020;
self-employed workers, without VAT number, not enrolled in other compulsory social security forms, who in the period between 1 January 2019 and 23 February 2020 were holders of occasional self-employed contracts and do not have a contract in existence on the date of 23 February 2020, already registered, on the same date, in the separate Management and with credit of at least one monthly contribution for the same period of time;
those in charge of home sales referred to in article 19 of Legislative Decree 31 March 1998, no. 114, with 2019 annual income deriving from the same activities in excess of 5,000 euros and holders of active VAT number, registered in the Separate Account and not registered in other mandatory social security forms.
