The Mussurunga Station will receive action for free measles vaccination this Thursday (1st), from 9 am to 4 pm. The Municipal Health Secretariat (SMS) will also take the action to the Imbuí Metro Station, between the 5th and the 9th of October.
SMS aims to increase the percentage of immunized people who, in this third phase, include people aged 20 to 49 years. To get the vaccine, people must present the vaccination card.
More than 158 thousand people have already been immunized by the vaccine known as triple viral, which also protects against mumps and rubella. The methodology of this campaign has an indiscriminate character, that is, the triple viral vaccine should be applied even to those who have already completed the two-dose schedule before.
