Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 6 arrived this Tuesday and, as usual, brought great additions. In addition to the new operators, Farah and Nikolai, and the new underground subway system, there are four new maps for specific multiplayer mode; two new weapons, AS VAL and SP-R208; armaments rotations; unprecedented Blindado Royale mode; and the Haunting of Verdansk event, which will feature a Halloween theme and will be exclusive to the battle royale.

In general, the new content present in Season 6 will be divided into two parts by Infinity Ward, one on the first day of the update and the other, at some predefined time, in the routine update of the middle of the season. So, what doesn’t appear in both games this Tuesday, will probably officially arrive at another time.
New Modern Warfare maps
In all, four maps were added to Modern Warfare. They are: Broadcast, Mialstor Tank Factory, Station and Verdansk Riverside. The first and most important is a remastered version of the map with the same name as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, a game originally released in 2007, and also involves a replica of TV Station, a location on the Warzone map.
Even, Broadcast changes according to the number of players, which can be either 6 against 6 or 10 against 10. The Mialstor Tank Factory is completely new, but follows the same format as the Broadcast itself. On the other hand, the Station is a small map for the popular Gunfight mode, with 2 against 2. Finally, the Verdansk Riverside is turned to the Land War mode and maintains the premise of the Broadcast, being based on an unspecified area Warzone.

Just like last season, Season 6 will have two new weapons added right from the start. These are the AS VAL assault rifle and the SP-R208 sniper rifle. Both can be obtained free of charge at levels 31 and 15 of the Battle Pass, respectively.
In the case of AS VAL, it is the 13th assault rifle to reach both games and has a high rate of fire. In addition, it is already equipped with an integrated sound suppressor, something that will certainly be appreciated by most players.

In contrast, the SP-R208 is a new edition of the R700 sniper rifle featured in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The new sniper rifle has several customization options, such as different ammunition alternatives and the possibility to change the body of the respective weapon.

As usual, a new Battle Pass was included and the presence of the two new characters, Farah and Nikolai, is highlighted. The first can be obtained as soon as the player purchases the new item pack, while Nikolai will only be unlocked at level 100 of the same. In addition, both have three customization options to change clothes and helmet.

More details of the subway system
As previously announced, the new underground metro system is a quick travel option for players looking to get around quickly. In general, there will be seven stations spread across the map where you can get on and board a responsible train to take you instantly to the next stop in the order.
It is worth mentioning that, according to the developer, the subway will serve to take players to the functional areas of the map, that is, areas that are safe and out of gas. In addition, in case of combat inside one of the stations, the train will not move. Therefore, check out all available stations below.
- A = Verdansk International Airport.
- B = Karst River Quarry (between that and Bloc 14).
- C = Verdansk Stadium (between that and Gorengard Lumber Yard).
- D = Downtown Tavorsk District.
- E Barrack Promenade East.
- F = Verdansk Train Station.
- G = Cod Bloc.

In the same way as the system implemented in Season 5, the new season maintains the rotation of weapons spread across the map both on the ground and in supply boxes. Although not specifically revealed, the armaments will have six common variants, ten unusual, 13 rare, 18 epic and 24 legendary.
New Warzone themed mode and event
Styled as Armored Royale, the new Warzone mode offers a truck more coated than normal and equipped with a turret for each of the squads. The vehicle can be used for combat and allows players to be reborn while it is still available. However, if destroyed, the player will not be able to return after being shot. Therefore, the last squad to stay alive, regardless of the truck, will be the winner of the match.

With a Halloween theme, the Haunting of Verdansk event will arrive in the middle of the season in the battle royale and will take place between the 20th of October and the 3rd of November. With no major details revealed, the publisher said that new limited-time modes, rewards and other news will be included. In addition, the festival is likely to have a night version of Verdansk, according to the latest teaser for the new season.
