Corinthians’ negotiation to hire Juan Cazares, revealed by the My Timon, advanced a little more in the last few hours. The report found that the Ecuadorian leaders and staff had trimmed some of the edges that were pending.
At the beginning of the conversations, at least four obstacles hindered a possible positive outcome:
- Salary value;
- Contract time;
- Old financial pending issues of Atlético-MG (which the player did not intend to give up);
- And the release of the mining club, which owns the federative rights of the player.
THE My Timon found that after the last conversations, both Timão’s board and those responsible for the attacking midfielder’s career no longer believe in obstacles between the parties.
And what is missing, then, for Cazares to be announced by Corinthians? The report heard from a person close to President Andrés Sanchez that there is still no guarantee from Atlético-MG, owner of its federative rights until December 31. Without authorization from the mining club, nothing was done.
Timão’s leaders are optimistic about the positive outcome of the negotiations. The main reason is the fact that coach Jorge Sampaoli does not have Cazares in his squad.
