The official announcement of God of War: Ragnarok, sequel to the 2018 game, happened last Wednesday (21), but it seems that some fans believe that the first teaser happened a long time ago.
In April 2019, the director Cory Barlog posted a sequence of 16 posts on Twitter that show the behind the scenes of the game’s development, such as pictures with sketches of the story and photos of the movement capture.
At first, nothing much, right? However, some players realized that when combining the initials of each post, a sentence is formed: “Ragnarok is coming” – “Ragnarok is coming” in the free translation.
And it is exactly the same phrase that appears in the teaser of the official announcement, in which the logo is displayed – see here.

God of War was released in 2018. The sequel, entitled Ragnarok, is scheduled for 2021.
