It is a journey of ups and downs. The PUBLIC analyzed the incidence rates of new weekly cases of covid-19 per 100 thousand inhabitants since March until now. The numbers show that the highest value that the country has registered, so far in this indicator, was in the week between March 31 and April 6, when 5322 new cases were notified. This resulted in an incidence rate of 52 new weekly cases per 100 thousand inhabitants. Six months later, we are not far from that figure: between 22 and 28 September, the country registered 4829 new cases, placing the national incidence rate at 47 new weekly cases per 100 thousand inhabitants.
