A recent certification from China’s China Compulsory Certificate (3C) reveals that Samsung’s next FlagShip Ultra will feature a battery with the EB-BG998Number model with a nominal capacity of 4,855mAh. This translates into a typical capacity of around 5,000 mAh.

Earlier this month, information was made available on the battery of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and now we have more proof that we are facing a smartphone of 4,855mAh or that is a typical capacity of 5,000 mAh.

The digits G998 on the list reveal that we are really talking about the S21 Ultra. Like the recent S21 + that appeared on a battery certification listing, the S21 Ultra smartphone battery will also be manufactured by Ningde Amperex Technology, based in China. Other rumors about Ultra claim it will come with an S Pen, as Samsung is reportedly planning to abandon the Note line altogether.
