Green juice with apple
– Bouquets of celery;
– 1 tablespoon of parsley;
– 1 red apple;
– 1 cucumber;
1. Cut the celery, the apple and the cucumber in small pieces and place in the blender.
2. Add a little Water and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Add the spoon of chopped parsley and the zest of ginger.
4. Beat once more and serve.
