The Ministry of Health, by note, reported that analyzes the technical contributions received, together with other bodies involved, for subsequent republication of the text of the ordinance.
Regarding the dismissal, the portfolio clarifies that the commissioned positions are freely appointed and dismissed – as described in Section II, Article 37, of the Federal Constitution – and that it uses technical criteria for such decisions.

Is it true that you were one of those responsible for putting covid-19 on the Work-Related Disease List (LDRT)?
Karla Freire Baeta – The decision was made by a working group to put covid-19 on the list, all the diseases in the document could be related to work in some way.
But do you consider that covid-19 can be a work-related illness?
It can happen at work, but it is not occupational. There was a misinterpretation, it is not because it is on the list that it will necessarily be classified as a work-related illness. Would be Epidemiological investigation is necessary, there are several criteria for this.
However, only two people were exonerated. Is there another reason?

I have been a career servant at Anvisa since 2005, I do not depend on this government. I have been in this position since 2016 and I have never had any kind of problem. I am for democracy.
