Bungie was relatively early in confirming that Destiny 2 will be improved on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, but now we know exactly how the game will get better on the upcoming consoles.
The talented studio can tell that Destiny 2 will get an update on December 8 that will make the game run in 4K and 60 frames per second on PS5 and Xbox Series X, while Series S owners will have to settle for 1080p and 60 frames per second. In the same sling, it will be possible to adjust how large a field of view you have and the loading times will be even faster than they are without any kind of update. We also get some improvements without this update, because the new consoles will from the first moment support gaming across generations and shorter loading times from the first moment. Finally, they remind us that these upgrades are of course free for everyone.
