BOLA – DGS authorizes fans in European competitions (FPF)

The Portuguese Football Federation announced that it had received authorization from the Ministry of Health and the Directorate-General for Health to have supporters in the stands in three more games. FC Porto, Benfica and SC Braga are the clubs whose European competition matches will have an audience.

Thus, the meeting of the dragons with Oympiakos (27 October), the Champions League, and the games of the eagles with Standard Li├Ęge (29 October) and the bracarenses with AEK Athens (22 October), both of the Europa League, will have 15% of the capacity of the respective stadiums.

These three matches are part of the set of pilot games that are being played in order to assess the possibility of the fans returning to the stadiums in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
