The daily counts in Brazil return to a higher level after three days with data below the average, since, in addition to Sunday and Monday, when the numbers tend to be lower due to a damming of tests on weekends, also there was a national holiday on Monday, which consequently impacted Tuesday’s data.

Brazil is the second country with the highest number of deaths from coronavirus in the world, behind only the United States, and the third in cases, below the USA and India.
