Cheese pudding with condensed milk and caramel
Instead of milk, we add cream cheese to this pudding, which we will sweeten with condensed milk instead of sugar.

Ingredients: Cheese pudding with condensed milk and caramel
- 200 g the cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar of condensed milk (small)
- Liquid candy

1.- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese to make it less solid.
2.- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the cheese.

3.- Add the condensed milk and the same measure filled with water and mix well. Cover the bottom of each individual shape with a liquid caramel finger or a larger shape that can fit everything by making just one.

4.- We take it carefully to the oven in a water bath (fill the tray with water and bake about 40 minutes at 180ºC in the oven).
5.- Carefully remove from the oven, let it cool and unmold. We serve cheese and condensed milk pudding with caramel.
