Ingredients for the cake
– 2 eggs;
– Half a cup of tea or 120 milliliters of oil;
– 250 grams or 2 cups of peeled carrots and cut into medium cubes;
– 1 cup of tea or 150 grams of wheat flour;
– 1 cup of tea or 200 grams of sugar;
– Half a tablespoon of baking powder.
Ingredients for chocolate sauce
– 1 cup of tea or 95 grams of powdered chocolate;
– 400 milliliters of milk;
– 2 tablespoons or 30 grams of butter;
– Half a cup of tea or 100 grams of sugar;
– 2 tablespoons or 10 grams of corn starch.
.No blender, place 2 eggs, half a cup of tea oil, 250 grams of medium carrots, peeled and sliced.
. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
.Put the dough in a bowl and add 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of sugar, half a tablespoon of baking powder – stir everything.
.Put the mixture in blender.
. Transfer the dough to a buttered pan and microwave for 8 minutes at full power, turning the oven off every 2 minutes so that the dough does not spill.
.Remove from microwave, unmold the cake still hot, cover with the chocolate sauce and serve.
.In a bowl, place 1 cup of powdered chocolate tea, 400 milliliters of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, half a cup of sugar tea and 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
.Mix and microwave for 2 minutes.
.Remove from the microwave, mix well and put it back in the microwave for another 2 minutes.
.Remove from the appliance and mix well until cool.
