Hospitals in Lisbon and the North have high occupancy rates, but there is still plenty of slack | Covid-19


At a time when the number of cases of infection with the new coronavirus continues to increase and there are more and more patients hospitalized in wards and intensive care units, putting pressure on the National Health Service (SNS), in the two largest regions of the country – Lisbon and Tagus Valley (LVT) and North – public hospitals already have high occupancy rates in wards and intensive care, but the number of beds may still increase substantially, if we believe in the data made available to the PUBLIC.
