Next Tuesday (10/27), the Nota Legal program draws R $ 3 million in prizes, during an event in the Salão Nobre of Palácio do Buriti. 12.6 thousand tickets will be raffled, with prizes ranging from R $ 100 to R $ 500 thousand.
More than 800 thousand consumers registered in the program participate in the draw and indicated the CPF number on the invoices issued between May 1, 2019 and April 30, 2020. To compete, the consumer cannot have debt outstanding with the Government of the Federal District (GDF).
According to the Secretariat of Economy, the program has encouraged the issuance of invoices and, consequently, the collection of taxes on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) and on Services of Any Nature (ISS).
The 12,600 tickets drawn will be distributed as follows:
- 12 thousand R $ 100 prizes
- 500 prizes of R $ 200
- 50 prizes of R $ 1,000
- 30 prizes of R $ 5,000
- 10 prizes of R $ 10 thousand
- 4 prizes of R $ 50 thousand
- 3 prizes of R $ 100 thousand
- 2 prizes of R $ 200 thousand
- 1 prize of R $ 500 thousand
Each tax document issued generates a ticket, regardless of its value. Thus, 102,615,101 valid tickets were generated. That means an average of 116 tickets per consumer.
Whoever wins this prize will have until April 25, 2021 to indicate the bank details required to receive the prize. Amounts that are not redeemed will return to the Treasury of the Federal District. Deposits will be made in three lots, according to the budget and financial availability of the local government.
In addition to being registered in the Legal Note and not having debts with the GDF, the participants in the draw cannot be linked to companies contracted for services of development and maintenance of the tax systems of the Secretariat of Economy. (With information from the Economy Department)
