The Redmi K30S appeared in the database of TENAA, a Chinese certification body similar to Anatel, confirming recent rumors about the device, the farewell to the Redmi K30 line in 2020 will, in fact, be a renamed version of another Xiaomi cell phone, in this case the newly – launched Mi 10T.
Mi 10T renamed
The Redmi K30S (model number M2007J3SC) is listed with a 64 MP main camera, the same as the traditional Mi 10T, but it is expected that a possible Redmi K30S Pro will also be presented, this one with a 108 MP sensor.
The look remains identical to what we saw at the launch of the Mi 10T: rear camera module with the main sensor alone at the top, followed by two other sensors and an LED flash, forming a “domino piece”. The screen appears as 6.67 inches with Full HD + resolution and IPS LCD technology, but we can expect 144 Hz refresh rate, just like the Mi 10T.
Although it does not list the chipset model, it is expected to be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865, as it is present in both versions of the Mi 10T. In addition, it should work with options of 6 GB, 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, in addition to 128 GB, 256 or 512 GB of internal space. The battery will be 5,000 mAh.
Recent rumors have bet that the smartphone will be launched between the end of October and the beginning of November, with the intention of enjoying the shopping festival in China on November 11, considered the “Chinese Black Friday”.
