The system requirements for “Assassin’s Creed Valhalla” are not too high – but you should have an SSD

The PC specifications you need to play “Assassin’s Creed Valhalla” have now been revealed by Ubisoft, and the good news is that the game should not present too many challenges for your computer, at least not in the lower tier.

Ubisoft has given us six different configurations, from the least demanding settings, in 1080p with few details, to what you need to run the game in 4K with everything twisted up to the absolute maximum.

When it comes to minimum requirements, you can do with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 or an AMD Radeon R9 380. If we move a little higher up in the hierarchy, it starts to get a little more demanding – 1440p at 60 FPS requires an RTX 2080 Super (or an RX 5700 XT, if you have an AMD video card.)

Interestingly enough, Ubisoft thinks that we only need a GeForce RTX 2080 to run everything at full speed in 4K, a small step down in the video card from 1440p, that is – but it is to run the game at 30 FPS (a bit strange goal to set out for enthusiasts who really want to enjoy all that the game has to offer in 4K at ultra settings.)
