As you may know, AMD announced its new Zen 3 architecture based processors on the 8th of October, the Ryzen 5000! A range of CPUs that means such a significant leap in performance, that the name Ryzen 4000 even jumped.
That said, as you should also know, the prices that the big manufacturers present at the events are never the ones that we find in the stores themselves. So we have very good curious people to find out how much it will cost to get your hands on a Ryzen 5900X or Ryzen 5600X.
Well, the Globaldata, one of the most reputable computer stores in the country, has already put AMD’s new 4 processors on the website.
These are the prices of the AMD Ryzen 5000 in Portugal! (Look on here)
So prices have gone up a little bit! After all, the Ryzen 5600X from 299 $ is € 312.90, the Ryzen 5800X from 449 $ reaches € 469.90, and the super-equipped Ryzen 5900X and 5950X from 549 $ and 799 $ arrive at the shelves costing 569.90 € and € 829.90, respectively.
In summary, these are the expected increases, since nothing ever reaches the market at the ‘announced’ price. As for the increases over the Ryzen 3000… It was expected that with AMD’s increased competence and rivalry, and of course, Intel’s lack of response, prices would gradually start to rise.
Still, it seems that AMD’s strategy remains ‘consumer friendly’, as there is still no news about new motherboards from an alleged 600 series. That is, you can buy a ‘low-cost’ motherboard like the B450 or new B550, and take all the juice out of the new Ryzen 5000 processors.
However, don’t forget that we have a discount coupon with Globaldata ‘GDLEAK20‘, which already helps in your future PC or upgrade.
