Duran Duran, A-ha, Xutos & Pontapés and Bush are the names confirmed on the 27th of June in Rock in Rio-Lisbon, the only one where there was still no name announced, advanced to SIC tonight.

The opening of the world stage will be in charge of the Bush, who became known in the 90s with themes like ‘Glycerine’, ‘Swallowed’ or ‘The Chemicals Between Us’.

It is recalled that Xutos & Pontapés are the only Portuguese band to be present in all editions of Rock in Rio-Lisbon, since the festival landed in Parque da Bela Vista in 2004.

The British Duran Duran and the Norwegians A-ha bring 80s pop to Lisbon in weight, represented by hits like ‘Girls on Film’, ‘Wild Boys’ or’ A View to a Kill ‘, of the first, and’ Take on Me ‘and’ The Sun Always Shines on TV ‘, from the seconds.

The ninth edition of Rock in Rio-Lisbon returns to Parque da Bela Vista on June 20, 21, 27 and 28. Tickets, on sale at the usual places, have a single daily price of € 69.00 and weekend passes cost € 112.00. See below the poster confirmed so far.
