Remembering the colors of Brabham, AlphaTauri presents the AT01 for F1 2020 – F1

In the colors that recall the defunct Brabham, AlphaTauri presented its first car for Formula 1. The nomenclature follows the line of predecessor Toro Rosso (and the senior Red Bull) in naming their cars, thus, AT01.

The pair of pilots Pierre Gasly and Daniil Kvyat came in white overalls highlighting the new AlphaTauri logo on the chest, and were interviewed by David Coulthard.

The presentation was grand, with an AlphaTauri fashion show, followed by projections on a white curtain under the car, which fell and revealed the AT01, one of the most beautiful cars ever presented for the 2020 F1 season.

Watch the presentation video:

The AT01 exhibits a “clean” look in navy blue and white – recalling the colors of the old Brabham in F1 – with the team’s logo printed on the car in white, in addition to the Honda highlighted in red.

The name ‘AlphaTauri’ is stamped on the new car, along with some of its sponsors, like Moose and myWorld.

With the presentation of AlphaTauri, only Racing Point and Williams – who will make their launches on Monday (17) – remain, besides Haas and Alfa Romeo – scheduled for the first test day of the preseason, Wednesday ( 19).
