“From the first investigations carried out by the police, it results that, on the evening of June 11 this year, a 24-year-old woman from Tulcea, while driving a car on DN22-E87 – border with Constanța County, did not adapt the speed of the conditions. road – wet road, entered the opposite direction, colliding with a car driven by a 24-year-old man from Tulcea.
