Apparently, WWE has been recording its next shows and will have already recorded the main matches or even the entire WrestleMania 36, also including the next Raw. Now, new information has dropped like a “bomb” in the Wrestling community.
According to Ryan Satin of the Pro Wrestling Sheet, who in recent months has had some connection to WWE due to the rubric he has on FOX’s WWE Backstage program, and contrary to what was planned, Roman Reigns was removed from WrestleMania 36 and will no longer fight Goldberg for the WWE Universal Championship.
The sources indicate that the “Big Dog” explained to WWE officials that he did not feel comfortable fighting in the Performance Center while the coronavirus pandemic is going on, because the recent leukemia case he suffered weakened his immune system and did not want to put it at risk your health.
The site also says that WWE understood the reason given by the fighter and accepted his request, so Roman Reigns should be replaced by another Superstar. It remains to be seen who will be chosen to face Goldberg for the WWE Universal Championship at the “biggest” event of the year.
If this removal of Roman Reigns from the event is confirmed, this is just another setback that the WWE encounters and that it has to overcome to be able to hold WrestleMania 36.
Do you think Roman Reigns may have been removed from WrestleMania 36? Or will we be here before a case of fake news just over a week from the big event of the year?
