Christians united to pray the Our Father today. The prayer will be transmitted from the Apostolic Library through Vatican Media and in streaming on the Vatican News website and on our social networks. It will be followed by the Angelus and the Rosary led by Cardinal Comastri in St. Peter’s Basilica.

At the end of the General Audience, Pope Francis renewed the invitation to all Christians to join in the Our Father’s prayer this Wednesday.

“Let us join our voices of supplication to the Lord in these days of suffering, while the world is being severely tested by the pandemic. May the Father, good and merciful, accept the agreed prayer of his children who, with confident hope, address their omnipotence. ”

The prayer will be transmitted from the Apostolic Library through Vatican Media and in streaming on the Vatican News website and on our social networks. It will be followed by the Angelus and the Rosary led by Cardinal Comastri in St. Peter’s Basilica.

Francis also renewed the invitation to participate spiritually, through the media, in the moment of prayer that he will preside on Friday at 6 pm, on the level of St. Peter’s Basilica. “Listening to the Word of God and adoring the Blessed Sacrament, the Blessing will follow Urbi et Orbi and plenary indulgence. ”
