EGol, a virtual football championship on the Pro Evolution Soccrer platform, announced on Friday the start date and format of the next phase of the PES 2021 tournament. Seven Brazilian football clubs will take turns in a kind of draft during three rounds of choices to assemble the rosters through a list of 14 available players.
Corinthians e-Football, Timão’s team dedicated to playing in such games, will face Flamengo eSports, São Paulo eSports, e-Galo (Atlético-MG), Vasco eSports, Internacional and Santos e- Sports.
The order of choice of the Draft will be based on the classification of the Brasileirão 2020, scheduled to happen on February 3rd.
The event will serve as the gateway for the main talents in Brazil to be drafted by the teams for the 2021 season. These players came from the unified ranking of the eGol Open, stage held in 2020, on the Player1 platform and open to all.
After participating in the eGol Open and being chosen by the club, players join the eGol Pro. According to LnK Gaming, an initiative of Grupo Globo and DC Set Group, the forecast for the start is on March 22, with a dot pattern and round-trip confrontations. The best four teams in the table advance to the third stage, the eGol Pro Finals.
