Pluto TV announces three new free channels for Brazil

The streaming platform Pluto TV, which arrived in Brazil in November, will have its library expanded with the debut of three channels with cinema content, curiosities and series. The service of the American company ViacomCBS, which has 27 channels available for free, had already been launched in other Latin American countries, and has content from the Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, MTV, Paramount and other channels for access by TV or smartphone.

With the news, users of the free platform can tune in to the new channels from their applications – available for Android, Android TV, iOS and tvOS -, in addition to the browser version – which can be accessed through the official website of the service.

The content available in the additions is quite diverse. The first one, as the name suggests, offers thriller films. Some of the titles already confirmed are ‘Dangerous Obsession’, ‘Blood on Ice’ and ‘ The Hunter’.

For those who tune in to Vida Real, it will be possible to watch content that addresses everyday life and common situations – such as shows focused on medicine and border guard, for example. Finally, the Tastemade channel offers productions well known to food and travel lovers.

According to the company, Pluto TV currently has around 150 content partners in Latin America. Among the contracts, there are film studios, TV networks and digital media companies. This makes more than 20 thousand hours of content available on the platform.
