The midfielder Gustavo Scarpa celebrated the conquest of the Libertadores da América. Yesterday, the Palm Trees beat Santos 1-0 and confirmed the continental cup.
After celebrating at the Football Academy, Scarpa went to Hortolândia, in the interior of São Paulo, where she lives and has a family. Upon arriving at the entrance to the city, the palmeirense opened a package of cookies and a can of condensed milk in front of the sign that bears the name of the place.
Some palmeirenses came to celebrate, and the police were called. Scarpa was approached, showed the documents and was released. On social networks, the player joked: “they are Santos FC, sure”.
On Tuesday, Palmeiras returns to the field for the Brazilian Championship against Botafogo-RJ at Allianz Parque.
