The official page of the publication, Claire said she was devastated. “He was not only the tallest dog, but the dog with the most love and the biggest heart,” he said. “He was my life, my reason, my joy. My happiness and my final sadness. He was my heart. My one in a corn, loved by everyone,” he added.
Interestingly, the guardian said that Freddy was the smallest of his litter and that he was even taken home sooner than he should have because he did not want to feed on his mother: “I had no idea he was going to be this big”.
According to Guinness, the tallest dog in history was Zeus, from Michigan, in the United States. He measured 111.8 cm from his paw to his back.
